At Brico Handmade Designs, your satisfaction is important to us! We take pride in creating handmade, high-quality products that we hope you’ll love. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help, within the guidelines below.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

If an item is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at bricohandmade@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any issues, and we will work with you to determine the best solution.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging (applies to Canadian orders only).
  • The return is requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

 

Please note:

  • The cost of original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned, once the return is received and inspected.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES

 

For international orders (including those to the United States and other countries), import duties, customs fees, tariffs, taxes or other government charges may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer, as noted in our Shipping Policy. 


Important:

  • If an order is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, we do not issue a refund for the cost of the order or shipping.
  • Customs duties and taxes paid to your government or carrier are non-refundable by us. If you believe a customs charge was applied in error, please contact your local customs authority.

 

CHANGED YOUR MIND/BUYER'S REMORSE

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or simply deciding you no longer want the product. If you contact us, we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

 

How to Return (Canadian Orders Only)

 

  1. Contact us at bricohandmade@gmail.com within the return window stated above.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, send the item back with a tracked shipping method — we recommend using tracking so you have proof of return.

 

Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.

 

Processing Time

 

Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
